Home Checks Include:

• A complete walk-around of the homes exterior / grounds to inspect general security, check for pests, & roof integrity
• A complete interior walk-thru to inspect for; AC functionality, humidity level, filter cleanliness
• Check for water intrusion from plumbing, windows, & roof
• Flush all toilets to keep trap full
• Check for any flyers / mail left outside or on grounds
• Check that vehicle is in working condition (starting it up so battery is maintained)
• Water any inside plants
• And any other customized home owner requests (add-ons)

*All checks can be done weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly
